FlexJobs was created in 2007 to provide a trusted, more effective, friendly, and overall better way to find professional remote and flexible jobs. We were founded by job space pioneer Sara Sutton after she had been looking for a flexible job after starting her family. She realized that millions of others were just as frustrated by the ads, scams, and inefficiencies on other job boards that wasted her time in finding a good flexible job, and so she decided to create the solution she was looking for. It wasn’t our original intention, but somehow FlexJobs has become a leader in the flexible job movement that's currently disrupting the traditional workforce. And, we seem to show up in the press weekly as people turn to us for guidance. You can browse hundreds of those articles on our Press page. Work is changing, and remote and hybrid jobs are becoming a new normal. Now, “the office” is often a home office, hybrid workplace, or wherever you want to set up shop. As the #1 job site to find the best remote, work from home, and flexible jobs for over 14 years, we know how to help you have a faster, easier, and safer job search. Empowered by the digital revolution and transcending geographic boundaries, we are a digital nation of people working remotely from anywhere. We value diversity, innovation and connection with other humans no matter where in the world they are. Hi, I’m Mag. I’m the founder and CEO of Pangian. Ever since I was 5 years old, all I’ve ever wanted was to travel the world and meet amazing people. But I grew up in a small town in Poland and many said that will not be possible. But I’ve never believed it. I’ve always felt like a global citizen. I took my first international trip in high school and never stopped. On the way, I found my passion for technology, innovation and connecting people around the world. Soon after, I was running multi-million dollar programs 100% remotely for the Aerospace industry, while building and managing remote teams on 4 continents. That’s how I knew: Anything Is Possible. I’ve now traveled over 50 countries on 6 continents. I’ve been working remotely for over 10 years, hiring for both startups and Fortune 500 and after working remotely with people around the world, there is one thing I know for sure: Top Talent is Everywhere. Everybody deserves a chance to live up to their potential, and the flexibility of remote work is freeing top talent to work anywhere. The next revolution is REMOTE and the future of the planet depends on the creativity, productivity and diversity of thought streaming from ALL PEOPLE in the world, unrestricted by geographic location. That’s why I created Pangain. Our mission is to empower every person in the world to reach their full potential by contributing their talent and creativity unrestricted by geographic location and help next-generation companies innovate with purpose. From talented marketing experts, customer service humans, graphic designers, writers, project managers, web developers to Ph.Ds and lawyers, we are a dynamic global community of diverse go-getters and problem-solvers on a mission to: (1) drive productivity and innovation (2) increased diversity of thought and global collaboration (3) deliver value for progressive companies around the world while working remotely.

Remoters.net is a platform with resources, advice & useful information for remote professionals, digital nomads & remote teams. Here you can learn more about our goals and vision. Aleyda Solís and Elisa Martínez are co-founders of Remoters. One day Aleyda and Elisa were talking about the new work paradigm that they were already starting to live, each one from their own perspective: Aleyda works independently and travels constantly to different countries and continents; Elisa, also works independently, and left Madrid to live where she wanted, by the beach and she travels every month with her laptop in her backpack; They decided to create a platform to promote the new paradigm of work that is now possible thanks to a more mature Internet: to work remotely doing what you like without restricting your professional options, independently from where you are or live as digital nomad, traveling while working without necessarily having a fixed location… and remoters.net was born! Remoters.net is a platform with resources, advice and useful information for remote professionals, digital nomads and distributed remote teams, which is offered at the moment via: Interviews: Featuring the journey of digital nomads or remote professionals & teams, where they share about their experience and provide actionable tips for a successful location independent work experience. Remote Jobs: A free remote jobs board that allows any company to publish their remote job advert to hire fast. Remote Jobs Seekers: Experienced remote based professionals looking for their next remote based jobs, who have answered an interview describing what they’re looking for. Colivings: A list with +50 colivings from all over the world, where digital nomads can stay, work and network. Become a source of resources and support that facilitate the day-to-day of digital nomads, professionals or teams that are already working remotely, with a cost-effective operation, not only from an individual perspective, from also from entire organizations that work remotely.
We started 81cents because we know first-hand how intimidating and uncomfortable talking about compensation, much less advocating for more, can be. In summer 2018 we started 81cents with the goal of changing the way things work, providing affordable, accessible, virtual negotiation support (and data!) for women and other underrepresented minorities. We’ve worked with more than 550 individuals, helping them find more than $3,500,000 in additional compensation. But, we’re just getting started. Women still earn 81 cents for every dollar men earn on average, and the statistics look even more dismal when you consider race and underrepresented gender identities. We know we can do more. Jordan started 81cents to help more individuals advocate for themselves, whether it’s negotiating a new offer, or pushing for a raise. Prior to starting 81cents, Jordan was the Director of Marketing at Fundrise, a real estate technology startup based in Washington, D.C. Jordan holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
Flexa Careers is founded by Molly and Maurice. They discovered a severe lack of flexible jobs after Molly was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which led to her needing more flexibility whilst she works. The autoimmune disease can sometimes make it impossible for her to physically go to an office (think swollen joints, itchy feet and other symptoms that no one wants to bring to work). The capacity to work from home occasionally means that this isn’t a problem – in fact, we think she works harder than anybody else. However, when she worked in investment banking, Molly asked for a bit of flexibility in her role and her employers fired her. Searching for a job that offered Molly the flexibility she needed, Molly and Maurice realised that there was absolutely nowhere to search for jobs that guaranteed flexibility. We were job hunters too, frustrated with the lack of clarity over whether a job would offer flexibility or not. We created Flexa Careers to help people find truly flexible work, and help forward-thinking companies to stand out from the crowd.
